ERP market leader taps worldâs most widely deployed BI software to deliver reporting functionalities to openXpertya user community

openXpertya, the market leader in open source ERP, today announced that it has extended its relationship with Jaspersoft, the world’s most widely deployed B solution, by embedding JasperReports to provide advanced reporting for its customers.
The two basic pillars of openXpertya philosophy consist of covering all of the functional requirements of mid-sized to large enterprises, and its open source spirit and philosophy. The relationship with Jaspersoft extends both of these pillars by leveraging the market leading open source business intelligence product into the latest release of openXpertya.

The integration allows users to design reports using JasperReports tools and to build their data sources using a direct connection to openXpertya database. Users can also access the openXpertya Application Dictionary and embed the new report in their menu and profiles with no additional coding.

Availability
Jasper Reports integration is available as from openXpertya version 2.4. All following versions will include it, as well as a continuous cycle of improvements that will be published with the new releases.
